Dr Nadine Itani is an accredited Aviation Strategy Consultant. Dr Itani currently heads the Middle East Aviation Research Center which advocates for safe, secure and sustainable aviation. She has taken part in managing the United Nations-International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) projects in Lebanon and has been a team leader on airport infrastructure development projects. Dr Itani is also a Managing Partner at an Aviation advisory firm and is supporting regional government agencies and airport companies in the area of human capital capacity building, business planning and in executing sustainable aviation programs.
She is the founder of Women in Aviation Forum that connects and empowers Arab women in the aviation industry. She is also a university lecturer on business strategy and air transport topics. Dr Itani holds a Master's in Transport Systems and a PhD in Civil Aviation strategic planning from Cranfield University (United Kingdom).
